We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Content — General Policy
Because our products are digital content that is immediately accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once content has been accessed. However we handle each situation individually and want to be fair to our readers.
Episode Purchases
- Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if you have not yet accessed the episode
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong episode, contact us and we will resolve it
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content will be resolved with either a fix or a full refund
Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through CCBill's consumer portal
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
- Refunds for the current billing period are available within 7 days of the charge if you have not accessed any content during that period
- We do not offer partial-month refunds
Writers Tool Access
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied
- Contact us with the reason and we will process your refund promptly
How to Request a Refund
Email us at canette.obrien@gmail.com with:
- Your purchase date and email address used
- What you purchased
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through CCBill and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues quickly and directly. Chargebacks that are found to be without merit may result in account suspension.
