How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through CCBill and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues quickly and directly. Chargebacks that are found to be without merit may result in account suspension.
